Artists You Know is in development. This notice covers accounts and information previously submitted to our waitlist. New waitlist enrollment is closed.

What we collect

For accounts, we collect your email address and display name. Google sign-in provides information from your chosen account. Earlier waitlist submissions may include an artist or art-lover preference, optional profile details, consent time and campaign source.

How we use it

When you create an account, we store your email and display name to provide sign-in and your private profile. Accounts do not automatically enroll you in launch emails. Google sign-in shares account information from your chosen provider.

We retain earlier waitlist submissions securely. Creating an account does not subscribe you to marketing or grant new consent to use a previous submission.

How it's stored

Community profiles display the name, username, biography, location, school, category, photo and links you choose to publish. Artwork titles, descriptions, images and artist attribution are public. Followers can be viewed by the artist they follow; saved favorites are private to the account that saved them.

We resize uploaded images for display and thumbnails. Artists retain ownership. Uploaded artwork is not used for AI training or unrelated purposes. Reports are available to the person who submitted them and authorized moderators.

Entries are kept in secured storage that the public cannot read. We don't publish an email directory and we don't sell your information.

Your choices

You can edit your community profile, remove your artwork or delete your account in profile settings. Account deletion removes associated profiles, stored images, follows and favorites. Earlier waitlist submissions are separate. Copies shared or cached outside this service may remain.

Joining is optional. Contact details for questions and removal requests will be added here before any emails are sent.
